About Us

Our History

A to Z Health Care, Inc. was established in 1987 in Perrysburg, Ohio.  A to Z's home office was built in 1992 at 955 Commerce Drive in Perrysburg, Ohio.  The Mansfield office was added in 1992, and it's current location is 1162 Park Avenue East, St. Rt. 430, Mansfield, Ohio 44907.

A to Z is currently servicing approximately 26 counties in Ohio with quality home care (accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations), facility and contingency staffing, along with medical equipment and supplies provided through arrangement with our sister company, APDS Health Supplies.

A long-standing home care reputation of caring and quality has been maintained and enhanced by the skilled field professionals and office family who work together with physicians to provide a truly unique home care experience for clients.

Facilities find our office personnel friendly and willing to help locate the highest qualified contingency staff.

We are Joint Commission Accredited
