Our History

A to Z Health Care, Inc. was established in 1987 in Perrysburg, Ohio.  A to Z's home office was built in 1992 at 955 Commerce Drive in Perrysburg, Ohio.  The Mansfield office was added in 1992, and it's current location is 2281 Village Mall Drive Suite # 4 East Mansfield, Ohio 44906. Our newest addition is an office at 1791 Tiffin Avenue Findlay, Ohio 45840.

A to Z is currently servicing approximately 26 counties in Ohio with quality home care (accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations), facility and contingency staffing.

A long-standing home care reputation of caring and quality has been maintained and enhanced by the skilled field professionals and office family who work together with physicians to provide a truly unique home care experience for clients.

Facilities find our office personnel friendly and willing to help locate the highest qualified contingency staff.
