Due to A to Z's commitment to quality client care, we have chosen to participate in the accreditation process with The Joint Commisssion. A To Z Health Care is an approved home care provider for the Ohio Bureau of Children with Medical Handicaps, PASSPORT, Options, Medicaid Waiver Program, Worker’s Compensation and private pay/insurance patients.
APDS Health Supplies is a Medicare/Medicaid Provider and is approved by the State of Ohio Waiver and PASSPORT programs, as well as the Bureau of Children with Medical Handicaps. Other approved payers are MMO, HMO Health Ohio, SuperMed HMO, Worker’s Compensation, Anthem, private pay and other private insurers.
